THE CROWN SEAT OF
ROMANS, BYZANTINES & OTTOMANS
Istanbul, known as Constantinople during Eastern Roman (Byzantine) Empire, is truly a world city with 8500 years of history. It was not until the 15th century that The Ottomans took control of Istanbul. The traces of these big empires can still be seen today in Istanbul where often magnificent mosques and churches stand side by side.
It is the only city in the world that spans over two continents (Europe & Asia) and divided by the Bosphorus Strait. It is famous for its historical monuments, churches, mosques, museums, palaces, bazaars and magnificent scenic beauties, which everyone should visit at least once in a lifetime.
Just like all our tours, this will be a private and tailor-made tour just for you.
